  6. surrounding • On all sides The bees were surrounding the little girl because she came too close to their bee hive.

  7. territory • An area of land The farmer’s territory was covered with corn and chickens.

  8. wander • To move from place to place without having a special destination Jen had no plans for the afternoon so she decided to wander around the park with her dog.
