What has been planned to support ito MTEF CASP Allocations: 2007/08 = R415m 2008/09 = R435m 2009/10 = R478m Total = R1,328bil NB. This figure excludes provincial equitable share contribution which constitutes on average 30% of their provincial treasury allocations. Comment: The above amounts will not be enough to support the Land and Agrarian Reform ito Massification programme.
