Monday, October 17th • Take out your notes on 423-431 • This will be line #6 on your stamp sheet • Quiz corrections – staple quiz on top and put them in the basket on the side counter • In your notebook, answer the following: • Sheila is receiving a kidney transplant. The donor is her fraternal twin. What name is given to this type of graft? • What is an allergy? • What causes the difficulty in breathing in anaphylactic shock? • What is the main problem common to all immunodeficiency diseases? • What are two possible causes of autoimmune disease?

  3. Case Study: When Good Antibodies Go Bad • Today you will do part 1 only • Read and annotate the background information • With your group, answer questions 1-4 in your notebook • You will need to look up the answer to #3 – grab a Chromebook or use your phone

  4. Homework • Finish part I of case study if you didn’t already • Work on your review guide! • You should average 1 page/day – do not procrastinate! • It will be turned in Friday when you take your test, but have try to finish by Thursday so you can get your questions answered
