  2. Morphology of Erythron • 1．部分粒细胞形态不典型，应注意与其他细胞鉴别。 • 2. 注意辨认双染性嗜酸性粒细胞，它一般见于中幼、晚幼粒细胞阶段。 由于其颗粒不典型，易误认为嗜碱性粒细胞。 • 3．涂片厚的部位各阶段粒细胞胞体小，因此要选择合适的部位进行观察。
