ABSTRACT Total Isolation Of Mice Testis (Mus musculus.L) With Analyze Spectrofotometry UV and Electroforesis (Comparing Method : TrozolTM, Guanidium thiosyanat, Guanidium thiosyanat-CsCl) Mutia Widiyani This aimof the research was to compareing the three method of total RNA isolation by reagen TrizolTM Guanidium Thiocyanat, and Guanidium ThiocyanatCsCl. From those methods will be discovered which one of those methods is giving highest quality and quantity of RNA. This research is using mice testis (Mus musculus. L) as it materials and the result of RNA total isolation achieved was anlyze using spectrophotometri with λ max 260 nm, for absorbant analysis with λ max 260 nm the quantity of RNA, while to see the purity measurement can be achived from with comparison 260/280 nm. To see its quality profile electrophoresis with 1% agarose gel. From three methods isolation of total RNA that is by using TrizolTM result in total isolation of total RNA 0,8202 μg/μL/mg.
