  1. Have an Issue?Grab a Tissue. After having small growing pains on my floor mid semester, I had everyone write down something that they could do better as a roommate or something they wanted their floor mates, suitemates or roommates to improve on. Although the BB was simple, the lines of communication were opened, with the entire floor, and inside each suite. (see picture next slide) Submitted by Sarah Flynn Temple University
