  2. Zambia’s location • Zambia is located in Africa. Zambia is in the eastern and southern hemisphere.

  3. Society in Zambia • Zambia is a poor country. The people in Zambia are mostly republic. Some people in Zambia are Christians.

  4. Facts about Zambia • The people of Zambia are called Zambians. • The highest point in Zambia is Mafinga hills. Which is 2301m tall. • From November to March is Zambia’s rainy season. Zambia also has a lot of floods in the afternoon. • The population of Zambia is about 13,881,336 people. • The major source of income is copper mining. • 30.1 % of people speak Bemba, 10.7% speak Nyanja . • Zambia’s water source is the Zambezi River.

  5. Christmas in Zambia People in Zambia do celebrate Christmas. On Christmas a family in Zambia will eat special things like beef, sugary candy, and other things. If a family in Zambia can afford it they will buy each child a small present. In Zambia if you speak Bemba you would say “Kristu abe nenu muli ino nshiku nkulu ya Mwezi”. Which means merry Christmas and a happy new year.

  6. Zambia’s Flag • The black on the flag stands for the people. The green on the flag stands for the natural resources. The orange stands for the mineral wealth. The eagle shows  the people's ability to rise above the nation's problems.

  7. Would I like to go to Zambia ? • I would not like to go to zambia because in the summer it is warm in the morning and in the afternoon it rains. I would not like to go to Zambia because in the winter the days are dry and sunny, so you would have to wear a hat and sunblock.This is why I don’t want to go to zambia.
