  4. IA Teacher Log-in User name: first initial and last name Password: To get your password, type in User Name and click “Forgot your user name or password.” You will be sent it via email.

  6. Accessing Student Report • “Scope” will say, “my district” • Pull down “Subject” and click on subject and then grade level. • “Term” will be set at “2011-2012 School Year” • Pull down “Exams” and click on benchmark

  7. Accessing Student Information 6. Expand School, Teacher, and Class by clicking on left “bullets”.

  8. Accessing Student Information • Click on your student’s name to highlight it. • Go to bottom of second column and click “Student Exam Grade Sheet”

  9. Sample of Student Information In order for this report to give you detailed information you will need an SPBQ sheet prepared by SBO Language Arts. Print it using the pull-down “File” menu.

  13. Accessing Test Item • To print this report, click the printer icon at the right. • You will get a prompt to select portrait or landscape. Make selection.

  14. Printing Report 14. A printable document will appear. 15. Print using the dropdown menu under “File.”
