Financial situation The Financial Situation of WMO remains sound • 6th unqualified audit opinion in a row (2004-2009) • Expenditures within budgetary appropriations & fully funded • Priority given to safe investments • Cash, Working Capital Fund & Operating Reserves all up • Sustained declining trend in arrears: 1.4 M CHF in 2009 • Total arrears at the end of 2009: 13.9 M CHF
