Memberships Regular membership (250), CWB, CAA, military, University, HS teachers Group membership (35), government, institutes, and private sectors Honorable membership Fellow (12) Student membership (university students) Annual meeting is in March (spring equinox). The council (15) is elected by all the member of MSROC and served 2 years term. President is elected by the council member and can be re-elected just once. Secretary General is assigned by the President.

    5. Publications Bulletin of MSROC, published annually. Journal Atmospheric Science (in Chinese with English abstract), published quarterly.

    19. Outlooks Promote regional collaboration, such as: Asia Pacific Typhoon Center, co-organized with Philippines’ PAGASA. Promote climate services (WCC-3, GFCS) to the government and general publics. Promote more international meetings to be held in Taiwan (Western Pacific Geoscience Meeting WPGM-AGU, June 2010 and AOGS annual meeting, 2011) Promote student engagement of the Society
