Mission Statement • The Bank goal is to provide banking service to any individual. Anyone with a brain would know that they need to use a bank to make sure their money is secure and they will know that they can make more money with interest.
Target Market • To anyone in banking needs. • Someone who doesn’t want to deal with large banks but will get the same help and rates than they will at any large bank, possibly better. • In the area they are in, they attract a lot of young people, and small buisnesses.
Competition • TD Bank, PNC Bank, Wachovia. • Valley Greens Website is a lot easier to use than all of the other banks. Also they offer rates that are better.
Weekly Hours • Hours:Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.Saturday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m
Long Term Develop • In Three to Five years they will hope to keep opening new branches. They are opening one in July in South Philadelphia. They are advancing and they are being smart about it. They will only open new branches as needed.
Communications/ Atmosphere • The employers communicate with each other very well. All the employees are friends with each other, they know about their personal life; to an extent, and it’s a great place to work. Every one knows each other and for the most part they enjoy working with each other.
