  13. Pen osteosynthese • Nadelen weinig controle over de fragmenten Slechte fixatie in de humerus kop kans op kop necrose • Voordelen minimaal invasief inbrengen, gesloten repositie goede axiale biomechanische eigenschappen

  14. Plaat osteosynthese • Nadelen open repositie technische uitdagend kans op kop necrose • Voordelen fragmenten goed te fixeren (dankzij hoekstabiele schroeven) biomechanische goede eigenschappen

  15. Fractuur prothese • Voordelen geen kopnecrose geen kans op non-union en mal-union goede pijn bestrijding • Nadelen technische uitdagend missen eigen materiaal, functie minder Beperkte houdbaarheid?!
