Why the Government Wants to Ban Guns • To minimize the risk of more shootings such as Sandy Hook in Newtown, Connecticut & Aurora, Colorado
How Guns are Miss Used • Robberies • Car Jacking • Gang Violence • Revenge • Murder
Why Were Guns Created • To quote Krusty the Klown from the Simpsons, "They're for family protection, hunting dangerous or delicious animals, and keeping the King of England out of your face.” • Guns were created as weapons of war but not just meant for that • As metallurgy got better, guns became smaller and lighter
Proper Use of Guns • To protect yourself and your family • To hunt • Competitions • Training • WAR
Possibilities if Guns Are Banned • Just because guns get banned doesn’t mean that criminals will not posses them • Could cause more problems than it helps • Crime rate could go up • Could lead to another CIVIL WAR
Ammo • Prices have increased in efforts to persuade people from buying • Hyatt Gun Shop in Charlotte, NC self proclaimed “America’s Largest Gun Shop” has doubled prices since mid December- Larry Hyatt, cnsnews.com
Conclusion • Government vs. Guns vs. Ammo • 2nd Amendment Rights • Proper Ways to Use Guns
