Therapeutic Use Exemptions • TUEs • applications should have been made to FIH at least 30 days before the event • includes all players in the squad • emergency/late applications: refer urgently to the FIH Medical Officer • retroactive TUEs • for inhaled beta-2 agonists: should have been declared and medical file should exist in NA • for glucocorticosteroids by non-systemic routes: should have been declared • both must be declared on the doping control form if tested
