Human Resources HR Manager: Tameka Vickers Responsibilities: * New Hire documentation -Employee Application -1099 Forms -Liability Waiver * Client Contracts -Sandblasting only -Sandblasting and Painting * S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedures)
Client Services CS Manager: Patrisha Smith Responsibilities: *Primary client contact after the contract is signed *Provide updates to PM and Sales Team *Dating the client
Project Management Project Manager: Trey Sentell Responsibilities: *Communicating all updates or problems to Forman *Stay in contact with Client Services with status updates *Work with Sales Team to create proposals
Accounting/Payroll A/P Mgr: Deborah Robinson A/P Asst: Tiffany Robinson Responsibilities: *Enter all contracts *Pay all company expenses -Issue checks to Forman for supplies -Pay all suppliers invoices * Create all payroll checks *Deposit all checks *Insure all open balances are paid
Sales Sales Mgr: Abraham Gilchrist Sales Mgr: Mario Hawkins Responsibilities: *Generating new clients *Bid jobs *Submit proposals *Insure contracts are signed and explained to customers *Work with PM to get accurate timelines for proposals Produce BID Close
Purchasing & Quality Assurance QA Mgr: Kimberly McKinnon Responsibilities: *Support functions between sales, suppliers and clients *Order supplies and meet with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery * Review all business documentation * Ensures all written materials are error free and consistent in company policy
