Who are the trainees? Male and female Age range 25 - 50 Parents Former drug and alcohol service users People with experience of homelessness Ex-offenders

AWTP Outcomes • 1st five years: 70% of trainees moved in to employment • External Evaluation 2004-2007 • High levels of satisfaction from trainees • High success levels in helping people in to employment in the care field • Recognised as Best Practice Initiative at Herald Society Awards 2008 due to “increasing efficiency, ensuring best value and inter-agency collaboration”.
