School Lab Sweep Program • Goal • Remove unwanted or obsolete chemicals from secondary schools • Faded labels, unknowns • Prevent accidents, spills, exposure to hazardous substances

Rehab the Kansas Lab • PPI results so far • On-site visits to ten colleges • Inventories from four colleges • Total mercury identified = 193 lbs • Total PBTs identified = 393 lbs • Total high-risk chemicals = 2111 lbs
