1. We would like to invite you to join the WATCH D.O.G program at EME. What is the WATCH D.O.G.S? Is the father involvement initiative of the National Center for Fathering that organizes fathers and father figures in order to provide positive male role models for the students and to enhance school security. Q: What would I be doing at EME? A: You would be helping in classrooms and around the school. There are several opportunities to help out. Here are a few ways: - tutoring small groups of students - helping in your child’s classroom - helping in the office/school - helping teachers with special projects or activities Q: How do you sign up? A: Fill out the form below and send it to your child’s homeroom teacher or email Pam English at penglish@ems-isd.net to be put on the list. PLEASE RETURN FORMS BY FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7th. Q: How will it work? A: You will be put on an email list and sent an email request for help each Friday through Sign-Up Genius. You can look through requests that teachers have submitted and if you would like to help or are available to help, , click and sign up. The program will be each Friday.
