Durchführung • Artikel auflisten, Bestimmung des zu untersuchenden Kriteriums • Variationskoeffizienten ermitteln • Sortierung der Artikel nach aufsteigenden Variationskoeffizienten • Festlegung der XYZ-Bereiche • Grafische Darstellung Ergebnisse: 55 % konstant (X) 32 % schwankend (Y) 13 % sporadisch (Z) Klassengrenzen: Für X: <= 10 % Für Y: <= 25 % Für Z: der Rest

  5. Kombination ABC-XYZ • ABC = Untersuchung von Mengen u. Werten • XYZ = Untersuchung von Beschaffung u. Vorhersage (Verbrauchsprognose)
