  4. Applicability • Eligible Professionals (EP) • Eligible Hospitals • Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) Immunization Registries

Training Objectives • Perform at least one test of certified EHR technology’s capacity to submit electronic data to immunization registries and follow up submission if the test is successful. • Configure BYIM Export/Import Group in MailMan. • Create HL7 immunization data export file. • Transmit the HL7 immunization data export file. Threshold Performed at least one test of certified EHR technology's capacity to submit electronic data to immunization registries and follow-up submission if the test is successful (unless none of the immunization registries to which the EP submits such information have the capacity to receive the information electronically. RPMS Reporting Logic Measure Inclusions: COUNT: eligible providers HAVING: performed at least one test of the certified EHR technology’s capacity to submit electronic data to immunization registries during the EHR reporting period AND HAVING: performed follow-up submission if the test was successful (unless none of the immunization registries to which the EP submits such information has the capacity to receive the information electronically) during the EHR reporting period Immunization Registries

  9. RPMS Reporting Logic Measure Exclusion: • EPs, eligible hospitals, and CAHs that do not administer one or more immunizations during the EHR reporting period are excluded from this measure. Immunization Registries

  10. Configure RPMS During our how-to session we will: • Configure the BYIM Export/Import Group in MailMan. • Create an HL7 Immunization Data Export file. • Transmit the HL7 Immunization Data Export file. Immunization Registries
