Directions For making green chutney • Blend mint leaves,Coriander leaves,onion,Green Chillies, cumin seeds, salt, sugar and ginger in a blender jar by adding little water. • Add lemon juice to this mixture and blend it again.Lemon juice will prevent discoloration of the green.Blend it well till it turns into a thin paste. • Green Chutney is a most preferred accompaniment.It can be refrigerated for almost a week.
