  2. UoS Charging Statement Industry sub-group established to review UoS statement. Group developed a second statement option. Mini-consultation held to identify stakeholder preference between options 1 and 2. 19 responses received all in favour of 2 option.

  3. Option 2 • Restructured document to provide better clarity and improve organisation of wording. • Statement updated for EDCM import charge changes. • Schedule of charges tables placed in an annex to the statement. • Spreadsheet with charge tables will also be provided. These are intended to mirror the tables in the model.

  4. Next Steps • Statements are now being prepared by DNOs. • These will need to be individually ‘form’ approved by the Authority for each DNO area. • The three month notices of the April price change will be issued towards the end December. • Receipt of form approval for the published charging statement is required before 1 April 2012.
