  9. What does it mean to PERSUADE? • When you persuade you are wanting to convince the audience to agree with your opinion about a topic. • THINK Lawyers, salesmen, and politicians

  10. Introduction • In your Introduction you should have 3 different type of sentences. • Attention Grabber • Support Sentence (Introduce the topic) • Thesis Statement – What is your position on the topic?
