2. Fall • The weather begins to cool. • The days get shorter. • The leaves of many trees change to colors such as red, yellow and brown. • The leaves begin to fall. • We start to wear warmer clothes. • Halloween and Thanksgiving are celebrated in the fall.

3. Winter • The weather is cold. • You might see weather conditions like rain, snow and wind. • The days are short, and it gets dark very quickly. • You wear very warm clothing like jackets, gloves, scarves and hats. • Trees lose their leaves and are bare. • Hanukkah, Kawaanza, and Christmas are celebrated.

4. Spring • The weather begins to warm. • Things begin to grow in nature. • We wear cooler clothes like short sleeve shirts and shorts. • There are many changes in the weather. Some days may be sunny, rainy, cloudy or a mixture of some of them. • Easter and Passover are celebrated.

5. Summer • The weather is VERY warm and sunny. • Trees are very full and green. • We wear very cool clothing. • Because the weather is nice we can do activities like swimming, going to the beach or attending summer camp • The 4th of July and Labor Day are celebrated.
