Lotus Hands. These are the basic movements to the lotus hands. First try this with both hands moving as a unit, then as you are more comfortable, pivot with the hands together at the base of thumbs/wrist to hand the hands “chasing” one another in the sequence.

Bring hands to your right around the imaginary ball on top – back of hands still facing you copyright: Mahsati Janan 2000
Bring hands between balls. At this point your wrists will be crossed (left over right) and both palms are facing up copyright: Mahsati Janan 2000
