CSV Generation • Make the CSV generation process same as reports process with associated options. • Give CSV format options, eg. include blanks, include comments.
Destination List • Make destination lists associated with a question filter to only show destinations of the appropriate type. • Give user search access to all fields held on a destination facility when picking destination to report on.to go on list, eg licence number.
Help System • Make sure ? Help is up to date • Ongoing task – New help menu
Interface Improvements • "Authorisation screen: • Allow list of actions to be ordered by the columns (period, authority, level) • Keep position in list/options when going to and from the screen. • Set default order to have most recent at top" • Make the user and authority management screens easier to use • Make system request user to log-on and then show you the menus you can use • Remove the 'unused' periods from the roll-up screen • Create a screen where the calculated c-vars for an authority can be seen and a comment field that would appear on reports • Enable reject from level 50 after 'x' months • Add back the asterix to the questions drop down to show complete • Ongoing task - to set up a screen at rollup that shows c-var values prior to actual approval
New Report • Have the Mass Balance as a report in the reports screen • Have a set of reports based on a Waste Destination. • Make a report that outputs in the XML upload format • Ongoing task - to create a set of c-vars for use in Scottish reports
Question Review • When data is loaded from previous period the previous period notes are appended to any already in the current period • Make sure load comments/data is correct on each question • Add a comment field to each row of a question • Where questions use/request population/household etc figures, show those figures on the question page. • Ongoing task - to standardise wording on destination questions • Ongoing task - to change to allow qu16 and part of qu23 to accept data by CA site rather than WCA/total
Question Review (cont) • Give option for more than one disposal destinations for waste type. • Change qu19/35 to allow a destination to be selected under a material rather than having all materials showing • Add total/subtotals to qu19/35 by material • "Add more materials to the existing list of 32 materials, eg tyres, foodwaste.(note this will not affect LATS biodegradability)" • Make it compulsory to enter a destination to any reject tonnage entered in qu19/35 • When data is loaded from previous period the previous period notes are appended to any already in the current period
Reports Generation • Predefined groupings of authorities based on the authority eg family, partnerships • Sort options on the excel output • Tidy up the reports screen to give options panels ability to be open/closed • Add more authority data to reports, eg region, type. • Give user search access to all fields held on a destination facility when picking destination to report on, eg licence number.
Reports Generation (cont) • Make sure report headings are correct • Bring the basic (question layout) reports into the excel system. (we have the possible layout with the xml generator) • Be able to limit the data in a report by the level of the data rather than the level of the user. • Configure reporting system to include automatic subtotals by some chosen element of the report, eg material, destination, authority grouping. • Add more information about a c-var to the c-var tab • Ongoing task – to ensure the current destination reports for EA are okay.
Roll-up Process • Make roll up process a little quicker and conserve space • Change the textual labels of the c-vars • Create a monthly dataset based on the entered months that can be used with all reports • Create an annual dataset based on the four quarters that can be used with all reports • Ongoing task – to ensure c-vars/m-vars are reliably calculated at rollup
XML Upload • Ongoing task - to add developer page • Ongoing task - to add destination type questions
