Advantages – Radio Technology • Employs long-range radio technology • 433.932MHz ISM band • Available freely all in most countries • Enables frequent data transfer • Providing more information in real time • 500m typical range • Up to 1km, depending on deployment • Allows for very simple installations • On a typical installation - only one receiver unit is required • No physical bottlenecks caused by readers and gates
