  1. In Five Years, a Total of 7,175 Teachers Evaluated Their Preparation After Earning Their Teaching Credentials in the California State University System. In Five Years, California School Administrators Assessed the Preparation of 6,222 First-Year Teachers Who Worked Under Their Direct Supervision. Meanwhile, the University Also Began to Compile Data about the Learning Gains of California K-12 Students Who are Taught by CSU Teachers. In Figures 6-7, Schools are Grouped According to Students' Scores in Reading and Math on the California STAR Testing Program.
