Vanilla 1 cup butter or margin 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 2 ½ cups flour (I used bread flour) 1 tsp. Soda 2 tsp. Cinnamon 2 cups old fashion oatmeal Beat eggs well add raisins and vanilla. Let stand for 1 hour. Cream butter and sugars together. Add egg mixture and mix well. Add flour, cinnamon, and soda together. Mix. Stir in oat. Drop by the teaspoon on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350-degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent over baking.
