INSPIRE Key provisions • Require MS to provide access to spatial information through harmonised MS information services: • Find, view, access, query, trade spatial information • Require MS to provide harmonised spatial data: • on environmental themes • on common issues • on other sectors • Require MS to implement access policy to maximise the benefits from information use, e.g. • view and query of metadata • view of information by the public • Set up necessary co-ordinating and implementing mechanisms
