Bell Ringer • You will need your clickers! • Complete numbers 48-50
Announcements • If you were in Mrs. Barnes group on Wednesday or Thursday, you will report back to Mrs. Barnes. • The rest of the class (periods 2,3,and 7) will go to the library to check out a book. • 4th, 5th and 6th periods will check out books on Monday.
Poetic Device Review • Divide a plain white sheet of paper into 8 squares. • On each square, define the poetic devices listed (on your poetic device review sheet handout), give an example of the device, and provide an illustration of the device
Literary Terms Worksheet • On your own sheet of paper, list the literary device that is being used (on the literary terms worksheet).
PAT time/Make Up • Use this time wisely!!!! • If I see that you are not using your time wisely, we will not continue PAT time. • You must have all work turned in before you participate in PAT time.
