# of Squares Counted: 6 Macro-Invertebrates Identified
What the findings mean to the watershed The macro-invertebrates we found and identified have a low to medium tolerance level. We found 179macro-invertebrates in the range of 0 to 5 tolerance level. We found 15 macro-invertebrates in the range of 6 to 10. With the high level of snow received this winter and the numerous inches of rain this spring there was a lot of sediment in our testing area. Because of the rushing water, lower tolerance of the majority of our bugs, and clear, scentless water our water quality is on the healthier side.
