  2. Rationale: Within Australia, there have been a number of contemporary issues regarding young children and Physical Education. By implementing programs and encouraging health in our schools we are encouraging children to increase physical education which in turn promotes healthier lifestyles and wellbeing.

  3. In order to tackle unhealthy and resistant students to embrace health we have implemented a number of programs that target the issues and support healthy eating and activity. These activities will aim to address children’s cognitive abilities and their ability to respond to health choices.

  4. These programs will also attempt to engage students with others through communication and interaction.
