MISSION & VISION OF INCTR OFFICE IN TANZANIA • MISSION – Help build capacity for high quality Cancer Treatment and Research in Tanzania and the Africa region • VISION –Reach a stage where most of the cancer patients in Tanzania receive the benefits of advances in cancer management so as to increase survival rates and quality of life.   9. PROPOSED ACTIVITIES 2005 The office is planning to prepare a request to the Education Committee of INCTR for assistance in developing a palliative care and cancer awareness training programs.
