    8. Data on “C” and “D” violations are received electronically from Lowndes County Public Schools. Parents of students who committed any “C” violation receive a letter from the District Attorney’s office outlining the importance of compliance to the Student Code of Conduct Handbook. The program director presents case to the Helping Families Initiative Team. Appropriate services are determined for the family and student. Parents/guardians of the student are notified that participation in the initiative is required.

    12. In an effort to provide holistic consolidated services to the students and families of Lowndes County, community partners have committed an alliance of services based on the Helping Families Initiative.
