Oat cultivars released recently by CRC 1999 Pinnacle 2001 Ronald 2001 AC Gwen 2003 Furlong 2004 Leggett 2005 Jordan (OT2027)
Leggett (OT2021) Yielded ~ 3% better than CDC Dancer in 2004 trials and did well in 2005 Good quality parameters for milling end use – good test weight also Resistant to most of the current crown rust pathotypes
Jordan (OT2027) • Very high yield (~9% higher than AC Morgan) • similar yield to Morgan in MB for 2005 but 20% higher in SK • Carries only Pc68
