Challenger Learning CenterRendezvous With a Comet The Communications Team: Alex and Lauren
Mission Control • At mission control we read task cards to learn how to forward and print e-mails, and relay emergency messages. • Within the e-mails were Solar Flare information, information for the probe launch, and harmful bug information. • While in mission control we had to keep other groups in track and send them information for jobs.
Mission Control • The only way of communication between the space station and mission control was through the Communication team. • By relaying messages to the Space Station us along with all of the other teams kept our mission going. • We had to send the probe launch information, so we could launch it and examine Comet REBELS! Also we counted down the probe launch.
Space Station • In the Space Station we had to read task cards to send messages to the communications person at Mission Control. • We also relayed received messages to the other people on the Space Station. • Up in space we had to take directions from the Mission Commander. • Like Mission Control we forwarded messages and dealt with emergencies.
Space Station • While in the space station we forwarded solar flare info. • One of the most important thing that we did in the space station was work together to finish our mission!
