Role of hospital pharmacist • Found within the premises of a hospital • Hospital pharmacist work in hospital pharmacy serivce • They are experts in the fields of medicines and responsible for presciption dispensing • They also purchase quality testing of all medicines used in a hospital Advice regarding : Dosage,incompatibilities,side effects of drugs JOBS in:PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HOSPITAL

Role of Clinical pharmacist • Branch of pharmacy that optimizes the use of medication and promotes health,wellness and disease prevention • They work : • In liaison with physicians • Attend ward rounds • Contributes towards ADR(adverse drug reaction) • Treatment chart reviews • Suggest to therapies • Takes medication histories • Provide drug and poison information
