Academy Strategic Directions • Provide curriculum that is rigorous, faith-enriched with leadership and service opportunities • Provide real-life leadership and service application • Work towards offering a differentiated curriculum where all learners’ needs are met • INSPIRE out of the box thinking!
Goals • Fall and Winter, 2012-13 • Secure a contract with BPS for elective classes • School and faculty websites • Develop budget • Allow students to have a voice in the process • Create Student Ambassador Program, National Junior Honors Society and Breakfast of Champions • Curriculum Scope and Sequence
Goals • Spring 2013 • Examine Service Banding Groups • Collaborate with Holy Redeemer • Discuss creation of Forensics, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese and Virtual classes…what does that look like for the state • Initiated leadership pilot program in the community (8th grade only)
