An Overview of the Process Review the instructions and write your name on both worksheets Identify the challenge you’d like to get guidance/advice on Pass the Consultation ReportSheet to the person to your right – this individual will record your consultation session for you Keep the PersonalNotesSheet for your own notes/ah-ha moments Each person at your table will get their own consultation round When the rounds are complete, choose an accountability partner Identify one idea/suggestion you will explore within 30 days

  4. Identify Your Challenge • What would you like to receive guidance/advice from your colleagues on? • Write your challenge at the top of the Consultation Report Sheet.

Consultation Round #1 • RECORDER - Read the challenge to the table. • RECORDER –Document the conversation on the Consultation Report Sheet. • TABLEMATES – Share ideas, advice, resources regarding this challenge. • PARTICIPANT being counseled - Listen and keep personal notes on the Personal Notes Sheet.
