  2. Objective • The 100% efficiency program provides the JCI World Headquarters with an assessment of the services that each national organization provides its members.

  3. Rationale • The 100% Efficiency is not and award or recognition but a certification from the Secretary General of the level of administrative services a national organization offers its members.

  4. Rule 1Membership Database(Policy 21-2) Points 10 7 5 Upload to the JCI website a complete list of its Board of Directors and contact information of its local organization officers no later than December 31 of the preceding year Upload to the JCI website a complete list of its Board of Directors and contact information of its local organization officers no later than January 15 of the current year Upload to the JCI website a complete list of its Board of Directors and contact information of its local organization officers no later than February 15 of the current year

Rule 8Publications Points 10 7 5 Publish at least four issues of a hardcopy or an electronic publication containing information on at least one JCI program in each issue and send a copy of each to JCI World Headquarters.
