  11. Individual sports timetables, team numbers and event format The draw for the participation number of each city will be carried out during the course of this Official Presentation. This will enable the preparation of the timetables and the event format for each sport. Information packs have been placed in the folders provided. These timetables will be made available to each participating city in the final Technical meeting. Horarios por deportes , numeros de participacion y formato de los eventos El sorteo de los numeros de participacion de cada ciudad se celebrara durante el curso de esta Presentacion Oficial. Esto facilitara la preparacion de los horarios de cada deporte y los formatos de los eventos. Dosiers con los detalles tecnicos estan incluidos en los portadocumentos. Estos horarios se entregaran a cada ciudad en la ultima reunion tecnica.

TIME TABLE - sports will be played on Friday 30 May from 16.00 t0 19.00 hrs approx and Saturday 31 May from 10.00 10 19.00 hrs from 09.30 hrs to 19.30 hrs los deportes se jugaran el viernes 30 de mayo de 16.00 a 19.00 hrs approx y el sabado 31 de mayo entre las10.00 hrs y las 19.00 hrs HORARIOS - MEALS – 30 & 31 May - “picnic” bags for all accredited participants will be distributed on arrival and at the Opening and Closing ceremonies. Hot meals will be provided for lunch on the Saturday at the Kings Bastion Leisure Centre. bolsas “picnic” para el personal acreditado seran distribuidas a la llegada y antes de las ceremonias de apertura y clausura. Un almuerzo caliente se servira en el sabado en el Kings Bastion Leisure Centre. COMIDAS – 30 & 31 mayo - all children participating, coaches, media, heads of delegation and organising staff will require accreditation. ACCREDITATION - ACREDITACION - todos los deportistas, delegados, prensa, Jefes de expedicion y personal de organizacion deberan ser acreditados .

As is traditional all participants will receive a bag of gifts before the Ceremonies SOUVENIRS - Como es tradicional todos los participantes recibiran una bolsa con regalos antes de las ceremonias RECUERDOS - PROTOCOL - In order to assist the organisation, each participating city is to provide a list of those officials attending the Games. PROTOCOLO - Con el fin de poder ofrecer una adecuada organizacion cada ciudad participante debera facilitar una relacion nominal de aquellas Autoridades y tecnicos que estaran presentes en los juegos.

  15. TRANSPORT - Transport in Gibraltar will be provided on the Friday & Saturday to all participants from the Victoria Stadium to the different venues and return to the Stadium for the ceremonies. For the Saturday lunch-break only some sports will be provided with transport depending on the venue. These services are only available for those accredited. TRANSPORTE - En Gibraltar un servicio de transporte estara disponible solo a aquellas personas acreditadas- el Viernes y el Sabado desde el Estadio Victoria hacia las diferentes sedes y de vuelta para la clausura, para el almuerzo del sabado algunos deportes tendran transporte.

  16. OFFICIAL RECEPTION - 22.00 hrs - Friday 30 May– a formal Official Dinner will be held at Marina Bay/ Ocean Village (to be confirmed) by invitation. Drinks will be offered to guests before the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. A day refreshment area for guests will be available at the Tercentenary Hall during the Games. RECEPCION OFICIAL - 22.00 hrs –Habra una cena oficial el Viernes 30 de mayo- Marina Bay/ Ocean Village (por confirmar) – por Invitacion. Se ofrecera una copa a las autoridades invitadas antes de la Apertura y Clausura . Habra una sala de refesco para las autoridades en el Tercentenary Sports Hall durante la competicion en los dos dias de los Juegos.

  17. ORGANISATION The organisation of the Games is the responsibility of the Ministry of Sport, Government of Gibraltar, through the Gibraltar Sports and Leisure Authority.
