  2. SCRIPTURE 2 Corinthians 1:20 (NKJV)  ‘For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.’

  3. INTRODUCTION • His promises take people from a POVERTY MINDSET to a PROSPERITY MINDSET • From a TAKER to a GIVER • Promises have conditions

  4. 1. ISAAC Genesis 26:1-3 (NKJV)  “Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you …” Genesis 26:12-14 (NKJV)  ‘Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold …’

  5. 2. ISRAEL • Deuteronomy 8:18  God gives us ability • Deuteronomy 28:1-3 – God blesses us • Deuteronomy 28:11-12 – God prospers us • God delivered us from the curse of the Law

  6. 3. WISDOM Proverbs 8:18-21(TNIV)  ‘With me (wisdom) are riches and honor, enduring wealth and prosperity.’

  7. 4. DILIGENCE Proverbs 10:4 (TNIV)  ‘Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.’

  8. 5. TITHING Malachi 3:10-11 (TNIV) “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test Me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”

  9. 6. GOD’S GRACE 2 Corinthians 8:9 (TNIV)  ‘For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor so that you through his poverty might become rich.’

  10. 7. SOWING 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 (AMP)  ‘… he who sows generously [that blessings may come to someone] will also reap generously and with blessings.’

  11. CONCLUSION • Philippians 4:19 (TNIV)  ‘And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.’ • 2 Peter 1:3  God’s power has given us all things for abundant living.
