  1. PDHPE PDHPE is more important to what people generally think in regards to how we identify who we are and how we make the decisions that we make about personal relationships, health, hygiene, self identity and physical activity .

  2. Importance of PDHPE PDHPE is a key learning area with great importance along with English, Maths and Science. It is important to teach the children the benefits of a positive, safe, healthy and active lifestyle as they will be the future role models and we all know that most of us are influenced and learn form role models such as our parents, families, teachers and friends.

  3. There are fun ways of staying healthy, so playing outside on your bike or with friends or playing a sport for the local team, it is great as children between 5-12 need 1 hour of physical activity per day.

  4. What should I eat???? A lot of healthy foods are the yummiest foods but we tend to dislike the word “healthy” not the foods. I am sure that you could at least find five yummy foods on this page that are also “healthy foods”

  5. These are the things that make us who we are.
