TMA History • The TMAT team has radiation oncology experience in the areas of physics, dosimetry, administration and IT • TMAT/ROS was formed in 1999 • Physics services and quality tools have been provided to over 95 sites nationwide in the last 6 years • Previously a consultant for IMPAC Medical Systems and Argus QA Software • Currently a leading consultant for Philips Radiation Oncology Systems Pinnacle3 TPS and a service provider for US Oncology, the nation’s largest cancer care network

What is the ROPE Database? • An online application service provider (ASP) solution accessed via any workstation, laptop or PDA with internet access • A paperless way to track, measure and report quality indicators and performance improvement initiatives • A tool that provides essential documentation for the accreditation process and for state and federal regulations compliance • A tool utilized for benchmarking clinical and technical processes • A QA comparison analysis tool for network sites
