Thought Technology Ltd. Screen Anatomy Replay Mode: Heart Rate Variability Training Screen • The training screen contains a number of graphs (bar and line), a frequency analysis, an epoch graph, sound, and a couple of animations.
Thought Technology Ltd. 64 Seconds for FFT Replay Mode: Heart Rate Variability Training Screen • Note that the frequency calculations will not come into effect before 64 seconds of data have been recorded. Before this point, the values are not valid and thus are not shown
Thought Technology Ltd. Replay Mode Controls Replay Mode: Control Menu • Press the Green Arrow to begin (Play) • Press the Red Square to Stop • Press the two Yellow Rectangles to Pause • Press the numbered buttons to move through screens
