  9. Prices • One bedroom $130 • Two beds room for $140 • Suites $170 • (Varies according to season)

  10. Environmentally friendly • Energy saver light bulbs • Well insulated walls • Organic bedding • Water saver shower head, sink, and toilet • Shampoo and conditioner dispenser (eliminate plastic waste)

  11. Water filter and reusable cups • Organic food grown on location • Ecosmate pool system • Use any wood cut down while clearing a lot • Solar panels • Refurbished furniture
