Isa 11:9 • The Messiah will teach the world Isa. 2:1-4; 11:1-5; Micah 4:1-5 • Freedom from evil. Isa.65:25c

Righteousness in the Government • Rod of iron rule of the Messiah Rev. 12:5; 19:15; Psalm 72:1-7,12-15; Zech. 14:16-19. • Two branches of government • The Jewish Branch of Government • King/Prince David will have jurisdiction over Israel. Jer. 30:9; Ezk. 34:23-24; 37:24-25; Hos. 3:5. • The 12 Apostles will have jurisdiction over the 12 tribes of Israel. Matt. 19:28; Luke 22:28-30 • Princes will rule. Includes Zerubbabel. Isa 32:1, Ezk. 45:8; Haggai 2:20-23

  4. Judges and Counselors. Isa 1:26 • Israel over the Gentile Nations. Deut. 15:6; 28:1,13; Isa 14:1-2; 49:22-23; 61:6-7. • The Gentile Branch of Government • Church Saints and Tribulation Saints will co-reign with Christ over the Gentile nations. Rev. 2:26-27; 3:21; 20-4-6 • Kings; The Gentile kings will be under the authority of the Church Saints and Tribulation saints. Psalm 72:8-11

  5. Righteousness in its citizens Psalm 15:1-5 • Universal Peace among nations Psalm 24:1-6; Isa. 2:2-4 • Universal Peace with animals Isa. 11:6-9, 65:25 • The renovation of the present Heavens and Earth. Isaiah 30:23-26, 35:1-2; 65:17-25; Romans 8:19-22

  6. Jerusalem is recreated into a glorious city of joy, holiness, and wealth. (Isaiah 2:1-4; 4:3-4, 52:1-12; 60:1-22 65:18b-19; Zechariah 14:8-10; Ezekiel 40-48) • The longevity of human life is restored. Hosea 1:10; Ezekiel 47:22: • The children born will not be born in tragedy but in blessedness. Isa. 65:23b • Believers will not die Isa. 65:20a

  7. All of Israel will be believers through the Millennium since the New Covenant guarantees this. Jeremiah 31:34. • Unbelievers will die after their probation period of 100 years. Isa. 65:20b • Not all Gentiles will be believers so the only people who die in the Millennium are unbelieving Gentiles.

  8. Economic safety and justice will be given to every individual. Isa. 65:21-23 • An individual’s labor will abundantly provide for his needs (v.21) • An individual’s labor will not be threatened by judgment. (v.22a) • An individual’s will receive joy from his labor due to the extended lifespan. • An individual’s labor will be prosperous since the curse is removed from the land (v.23a) Psalm 72:17-19; Rom. 8:19-22

  9. God will answer people’s prayers immediately. Isa. 65:24; Zephaniah 3:13 • Satan and the demons are judged by being bound in the Abyss. Isa. 65:25; Rev. 20:1-3 • There will be a Millennial Temple in Jerusalem Ezek. 40-48. • The reestablishment of a millennial priesthood. Ezek. 44:9-31 • The return of the Shekinah Glory Ezek. 43:1-12; 44:4-8

  10. The Temple • No Ark, no wall of partition, no court of women, no laver, no veil, no table of showbread, no menorah, no altar of incense. • There will be sacrifices. Ezek 45-46 • As a memorial • Restoration of fellowship for the Millennial saint. 1 John 1:9 • Ritual cleansing Ezekiel 43:20, 26, 45:15,17,20 • National and theocratic forgiveness for national/theocratic transgressions. Hebrews 9:13

  11. The final rebellion. Rev 20:7-10 • Satan and his demons will be released to deceive the Gentile nations. Rev. 20:7-8a • This is a rebellion of the 10th generations of Gentiles • No unbelievers lives past 100. Isa. 65:20a • No Jewish person will ever be an unbeliever. Jer. 31:34

  12. The expression, Gog and Magog, points to the extent of the work of deception reaching the extremities of the earth and hints at a similarity with the invasion described in Ezekiel 38:1-39:16 that occurs before the Tribulation. Rev. 20:8a • Eventually a world-wide invasion of the Millennial Israel will take place, and the Millennial Jerusalem will be surrounded by these deceived Gentile armies. Rev. 20:8b-9a

  13. Once these armies arrive at the Jerusalem, the invading forces will be quickly dispensed with by fire out of Heaven, destroying them quickly and suddenly. Rev. 20:9b • Satan and his demons are cast into the Lake of Fire to be tormented for all of eternity. Rev. 20:10 • All things will now have been placed in total subjection to the Messiah, and now be subjugated to God the Father in order that God may be all in all. 1 Cor. 15:24-28

  14. Application 1. Keep the Messianic Kingdom in your perspective to prevent dwelling on the past and worrying for the future. This keeps you present perspective where it needs to be. 2. Remember, everything you do matters and will be rewarded in the Messianic Kingdom. Those who serve the Lord well will be considered “great” and those who do not will be considered “least” in the kingdom.

  15. Application 3. Take nothing for granted. Remember, familiarity can breed contempt and the ease of something or that which comes to us can also breed contempt.
