  3. Restructuring the Form • Add clarification to vague fields • Increase size of “General Comments” section • Add Additional Upload file • “Data Points” section will have 4 points to align better with the RARF

  4. Adding Fields • Voltage Profile range at time of test • “Knee Point” added to “Data Points” section • Nodal Protocol 3.15 VSS Requirement Validation • Calculation of +/-0.95 requirement at the POI • Lagging Reactive Tests
