  2. Available Reports • Unit Timetable • Programme of Study Timetable • Location Timetable • Location for a given week (pending) • Student Timetable for staff (own dept+) • Staff Timetable for staff (own dept+)

  3. User Settings • Each user gets own view of data based on their faculty / department • On first use • register for staff access • choose settings

  4. View a Unit – Grid format 3 hr activity

  6. Intelligent Filtering • Unit and PoS reports are filtered by the most likely requests • E.g. Student given • PoS they are registered on • PoS in their department • Ability to choose others

  7. Issues • Jointly Taught Activities do not belong to a Unit – Activity code can be put in place of unit code, where it can’t be computed • Multiple Day activities behave differently to other activities – 10% hit per multiple day activity – please avoid • We crop activity names at the first ‘/’
